Dispatch

Once your order is placed, it will get dispatched within 2-3 working days

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges for Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman are AED 15 all over UAE except in Remote areas and nearby towns. These are charges quoted by the courier company.

Parcel pick up

You are most welcome to collect your parcels from us.

Returns & Exchange policy

While we take utmost care while packing your order and carry out at least 2-3 quality checks, in the unlikely event of a manufacturer’s defect, we would be happy to offer you an exchange.

Exchange must be requested within 3 days of the delivery of the product (This includes weekends and public holidays)

Exchange requests beyond 3 days of product delivery, unfortunately, would not be honored.

We would happily exchange an item if you are not satisfied, however, a courier charge as per your location will be levied on your exchange parcel.

Before placing an order for the Stitched item, kindly ensure you are aware of your dress size and body measurements, we will also be of constant assistance to send you measurements of our stitched products.

Payment Method

We accept cash on delivery and bank transfers both

Hold Policy

We will not be able to hold your item for more than 3 days (72 hours) of confirming your order unless an advance payment has been made.

Bookings made during live sessions require your full name, phone number, and complete delivery address.

Without your details, your order will not be confirmed and items will be released after 12 hours for the next live session.
